I’m a deep sleeper usually but have times when I don’t sleep well.

Did you know the colour in the decor of your bedroom can have an impact?

I discovered a survey by Travelodge which found:

BLUE – contributes to longer rest and is calming and soothing

YELLOW – creates a happy ambience in the bedroom

ORANGE – relaxes the muscles

SILVER – mimics moonlight and let’s the brain know it’s night.

PINK – adds to feelings of positivity and relaxation
